Large-scale warehouse firewall installation
Creating safe separation within a warehouse environment
HPS delivered a large-scale firewall installation for ISD at a warehouse facility in the Bristol area. The project required the creation of a substantial internal partition to safely divide operational spaces whilst maintaining functionality within the building.
Overcoming scale and structural challenges
The firewall measured approximately 60m by 25m, presenting both height and installation challenges. Due to the scale of the structure, panels were installed horizontally and stacked to achieve the required height, ensuring a secure and consistent finish throughout.
Integrated access and visibility
As part of the installation, windows were incorporated throughout the firewall to maintain visibility between sections of the warehouse. This allowed for safe monitoring of activity whilst preserving the integrity and purpose of the partition.

The finished firewall provides a strong and reliable separation that supports safety requirements and day-to-day operations. Designed for a busy warehouse environment, the system delivers long-term performance whilst maintaining a practical and efficient layout.
